Martina is a film producer and director with over 15-years of experience in films, documentaries, commercials and television.

Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia grew up surrounded by a big family of artists, musicians and educators that have inspired her as a storyteller. 

Got an early start in advertising as EP where she collaborated with award-winning directors for agencies such as: Leoburnett, Lowe SSP, DDB, Publicis and Ogilvy, and important clients like Nokia, SabMiller, Kellogg's, J&J, Alpina and Davivienda. 

Moved to New York City on new year's eve 2008 as part of a promise she made to herself to pursue her film career and has been ever since, working towards achieving her ultimate dream of becoming a powerhouse Latina Director, so she can continue opening the doors for more Latinx filmmakers.

She founded Mosaico Studios with the purpose of becoming a Latinx Film Collective to empower and support an authentic cultural narrative and representation in the film/tv industry.
